Koorosh Beigian, the founder of Second Element Living, is a self-made executive with over 20 years of C-Suite experience in several large public companies. He is also the founder of of two startups in Technology and Biotech.

He has successfully led several major business transformations in his career and has mentored many executives to reach the top Executive levels.

“I was always frustrated with the fact that most Executive coaches, mentors and authors lack any practical business experience and therefore provide inadequate and in many cases misleading guidance to Executives. They either come from academia or are professional coaches with little to no real executive level experience. So I decided to form Second Element Living to address this gap and provide ambitious executives with real life guidance and mentoring so they can achieve their goals of reaching the top ranks in their field.”
